This project has been on my drawing board for a while and I feel that, even
if it hadn't been, there should be an explanation as to why I made a PWAD
themed around a group of vtubers.

This all started during the development of Perede's third episode. I was
replaying Deus Vult II and thought the rows of portraits in Hell's Vendetta
was a cool touch. I wanted to make a second secret level as a spoof of this
and was originally going to use portraits of Hololive EN Gens 1/2. I ended
up scrapping this idea when I put episode 4 on hold. Besides, Advent got
announced literally the day after I'd gotten done making all the portrait
textures and sketching the level and I sketch in pen so there was that too.

Fast forward to the release of Yagthw and I wanted to do another project.
So why not make another 8 level episode with the portrait idea? I pivoted
to the HoloTempus fellas as I'd gotten into listening to their streams while
mapping. Well, 8 turned to 6 soon after and it didn't feel right making what
amounts to a tribute piece for talents who weren't there anymore.

This time, however, I was through shelving ideas and the silver lining of
there now being only 6 Tempus members was that I could tie each of them to
one of Doom's keys which gave me a good (albeit basic) framework to structure
a large level around.

Thus, Elysium.wad was born, and now--after over 2 months in development--
hopefully, it will have been worth the wait.
